Jody Aberdeen is a freelance writer and the author of QLO: The Quarter-Life Opportunity, a discussion of the Quarter-Life Crisis. He is a graduate of McMaster University with a Combined Bachelor of Arts in History and English, and was the President of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity chapter there.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Lauren. They live in Burlington, Ontario.

Jody is currently working on three other book projects. Aside from writing, he enjoys cooking, LOST, Battlestar Galactica, exercise, travel, social and political issues, spirituality, and spending time with his friends.
